Chinese Anybody?

Chinese takeoutInstead of buying Chinese takeout made with questionable ingredients like MSG, you can make this yummy dish in less than 30 minutes. Rachel Ray would be jealous:)


1 package of organic, gluten free  black bean spaghetti

1 organic red bell  pepper

1 organic yellow bell pepper

1 cup of organic broccoli florets

1 big carrot

1 medium size onion

1 handful of homemade mixed greens sprouts (optional)

sesame oil

Bragg’s Liquid Aminos


Cook pasta until tender, about 10 minutes. Slice the onion and bell peppers, grate the carrot. Sprinkle all veggies with sesame oil and sauté until tender but not mushy. Add broccoli florets and sauté for a few more minutes. You don’t want the broccoli to lose their beautiful green color. Set aside.  Drain your pasta and mix it with all the sautéed veggies. Add a handful of sprouts, sprinkle a good amount of Bragg’s Liquid Aminos. Mix well and serve.  This simple and delicious dinner is ready in 20 minutes!
