Vitamin E is also suitable for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases because it contains folic acid and magnesium. University concluded that seeds are a protector of the body, because of the high level of minerals in their construction. Experts recommend between 30 and 50 grams of walnuts a day, but warned that the process of digestion is slow, it is advisable to eat until lunch.
