Elixir with pumpkin and honey helps with colds and flu

You will need:
150 g. of honey
5 cm. ginger root
150g. brown sugar if desired
cinnamon if desired
Blanch in boiling water all citrus fruits. This is done to soften their bark, but if you do not like the taste, just peel them and remove the flesh. Peel the pumpkin and ginger and cut them into small pieces.
Put them in a blender or kitchen robot with lemons, honey, sugar and grind them until a homogeneous mixture. Transfer it into a glass jar. Take the elixir three times a day in a teaspoon.
