Menu for Monday and Tuesday

Breakfast: a cup of yogurt, toast rye bread, 2 pears;
Lunch: 100g. chicken breast grilled or steamed, 50 grams of cooked brown rice;
Dinner: 2 pears;
Before going to bed: a cup of green tea without sugar.

Menu for Wednesday and Thursday

Breakfast: 1 pear, 2 rice cakes;
Lunch: 50g. desalinated cheese, a slice of rye bread, 3 pears;
Dinner: 2 pears;
Before going to bed: a cup of green tea without sugar

Menu for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Breakfast: 100g. lean beef, boiled or steamed, boiled buckwheat 50 grams;
Lunch: 2 eggs, 1 carrot, maybe cooked, 2 pears;
Dinner: 2 pears;
Before going to bed: a cup of green tea without sugar.
