SWEET POTATO WEDGESThese potato wedges are the healthier alternative to the unhealthy french fries. The sweet potato is complex carbohydrate that is good for you. These wedges are not loaded with fat like the regular french fries. Fat contains is about 30 grams for the whole recipe. You can add other seasonings to customize the flavor to your preferences. My best favorite seasonings are curry powder, black pepper powder, red hot chili pepper powder, cumin and red pepper powder. Feel free to make this recipe in the way which you like and enjoy the best. The recipe is also vegan-friendly.
