Fried shrimp with garlic and lemon juice

Fried shrimp with garlic and lemon juiceProducts:

300 g shrimp
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
20ml olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
1-2 sprigs fresh parsley
1 pinch black pepper
½ pinch of salt

Heat the olive oil in a deep pan. Fry the garlic until they get lightly golden. Add shrimp and spices. Season with a little salt. Fry as you stirring constantly to avoid sticking. After a few minutes, add the lemon juice. Stir once more and remove from heat.
