How to make apple crisps at home?

You need only apples (the amount is optional) and a little cinnamon for sprinkling.

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 100-120 degrees;
Cut the apples into thin circles;
Spread baking paper on a wide, shallow pan. Arrange the slices of apples so they not overlap;
Sprinkle the apple chips with cinnamon;
Bake for at least 3 hours or low temperature until the chips are ready. You will understand is ready, when the apple slices are completely dry and curl;
Remove chips from oven and let it cool on a wire rack so that it does not hold moisture underneath. It must become completely crisp;
It can be consumed immediately after getting cold and may be stored up to 2-3 weeks in tightly closed containers or airtight plastic bags.
